A New Healing Journey…

This past Sunday, April 21, 2013, I developed a mild case of food poisoning.  I think I spent more time in my bathroom in the past twenty-four hours than in all the six-to-seven years I have lived  in my current apartment.

Nonetheless, I AM big on keeping my promises and doing what I say I AM going to do.  So,  here I share an Invocative Poem I wrote to one of my favorite Healing Goddesses: Auset/Isis.  I first wrote this on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, 2:30PM.

Here we go…

Queen of Healers

I ask that You heal my Body of

All its pains and pressures, and

I ask You to heal my Mind of

All its worries and woes.

Please keep me moving forward, and

Please keep me healthy,

Safe and warm.

Thank You, my Beloved Auset.

Thank You.

Here is another Invocative Poem I wrote to another Healing Goddess: Kuan Yin, Chinese Goddess of Mercy, Compassion and Forgiveness.  I wrote this one on Wednesday, February 16, 2011, 10AM.

And here we go…

Kuan Yin

Chinese Goddess of Compassion

Lady of the Lotus

Thank You for Healing my Heart.

Thank You for giving me the

Strength and the Courage

To both give and receive

Divine Love Healing Energy.

Thank You for Re-Minding me of

The Power of Unconditional Love, and

Thank You for Loving me unconditionally.

Thank You for Healing the world.

May Your Name Be Forever Praised!

And last but not least, an Invocative Poem I wrote in honor of Brighid, the Irish Goddess of Healing, Inspiration and Prosperity.  I wrote this one Tuesday, February 1, 2011, 6:42PM

And away we go…

Brighid, Ireland’s Fiery Arrow,

I ask for Your Blessings.

Bless me with Your Sacred Gifts of

Divine Healing, Divine Inspiration and

Divine Prosperity.

Let me experience the Sacred

Beauty of Your Emerald Isle,

Regardless of where I AM.

Thank You, Sacred Brighid, for

Your Blessed Boon.

May Your Name Be Forever Praised!

And so must it be!

I want to assure all of you that I AM feeling much better today, but my Healing still has a way to go.  And I AM crystal clear that I AM much stronger and more powerful than my obstacles and barriers.  And these dark forces better cut out their shit, because right now I would do just about anything for a can of ginger ale!

Remember, “Charmed,” dark forces?  A demon would try to score points with another demon and still be vanquished.  Think about this, before you work any more baneful magick my way.

Before I close, I wish to acknowledge my two newest blog followers.  They are: “micawberpub” and “aliciakhoo.”  May both of you receive a Divine Abundance of Divine Blessings for following “This Is Who I AM.”

And to all of you already following and reading my blog, thank you for honoring who I AM and what I do.

May you enjoy Day 23 of National Poetry Writing Month (or, NaPoWriMo, for short).  And may you be protected from all forms of harm (and if you are the ones causing the harm, oh, well…).

Auset/isis: The Egyptian Goddess of the Full Moon, Magick and Witchcraft. A Venerated Vision created by THE Hrana Janto.
Still my favorite Image of Kuan Yin, created by THE Hrana Janto.
The Triple Goddess, Brighid, as Soul Birthed by THE Hrana Janto.

  1. I am sorry to hear you got food poisoning, but am happy you are feeling better. Thank you for this post – your poems are so full of gratitude!! Thanks for the reminder to be thankful, even when you’re stuck in the bathroom.

Lots of love and effortless healing!

    • Holly, thank you for such a lovely comment.

Actually, between a conversation with my personal Psychic Advisor, Roger Pratt, and visiting WebMD.com, I realized that I had a stomach virus, not food poisoning.

I AM already feeling much better. In fact, yesterday I ate a banana and kept it down (YAY!). Also, I AM drinking a lot of water with lime, and shall probably drink some broth later today.

The next few days and the next few weeks are going to be mega busy for me, so I need to complete healing. And I AM.

You are wonderful, Holly. Thank you for everything.
