Murder, She Sent for October, 2017

If you have been subscribed or reading, without having subscribed to this, my professional, Metaphysically-oriented WordPress Blog, “This Is Who I AM” since, at least, April, 2017, then you know I AM crazy for cozy mysteries, as opposed to cuckoo for cocoa puffs.

Of course, I often read and reread Metaphysical books, primarily those written by (the late and great) Dr. Joseph Murphy, (the current and great) Catherine Ponder, and others not to mention novels written by, among others, James Patterson, Nora Roberts, and again, others.

However, this year, my love for cozy mysteries has become quite grand, to the point that I became massively excited when I found out about a Cozy Mystery-themed subscription box service called “Murder, She Sent.”

The founder, Billie, named it after her favorite television show, “Murder, She Wrote,” which starred THE Dame Angela Lansbury (given my love of things and people from “across the pond” I happily use her rewarded Royal title).

In any event, I was recently given the honor and pleasure of the Living Goddess of “Murder She Sent” herself to sample one of her crates, and man, did I have a great time with it!

But I need to give you a bit of a spoiler; the Butterbeer flavored fudge is all gone.  However, I made a point of photographing it before eating it.  Next time, I shall photograph it in the box before I take it out and eat it, but I digress.

Anyway, here are the photographs:

Here is the outside of the “Murder, She Sent!” crate, with the “ButterBeer” themed postcard outside of it.
The open crate, with the postcard on top of all the goodies!
The back of the “Butterbeer” themed postcard that accompanies this “Murder, She Sent!” crate, listing all the items in said crate.  They are individually listed in this blog post.
Yes, it would have been better if I had photographed this super orgasmic fudge in the box, before I ate it, but it REALLY was super orgasmically good!
There is a rumor going around that I actually stuck my face in the container to eat the rest of the fudge. Well, if I had done so, do you think there would be remnants of said fudge?!
I AM seriously digging these “Kilted Suds” handcrafted wash cloths. It is a perfect size, texture, and thickness for me to wipe off excess sweat from my brow. I can use one for outdoor use, and one for indoor.
I love that this soap is called The Three Broomsticks, and the the company which makes it is called Rude and Reckless–“Accessories with Attitudes!”
The other side of the wristband features the title of the book for October, 2017, “A Room with a Brew,” by Joyce Tremel.
The other side of this lip balm reads “ButterBeer,” in all capital letters.
The autographed bookmark with all the three titles (which shall be listed in this blog post, too).
Here is the front of the book in its packaging, with a few other goodies.
And here is the back of the book.
Here is the book, with all the goodies that were inside with it, arranged on the “Murder She Sent” box.

Here is an individual listing of all the items in the box, along with their respective Websites:

A Room with a View (Number 3 in the “Brewing Trouble Mystery” Series), by Joyce Tremel (Copyright 2017 [officially published on Tuesday, October 3, 2017], Berkley Prime Crime, Published by Berkley, an imprint of Penguin Random House, LLC, New York, New York).  Ms. Tremel’s Website is:

A Butterbeer lip balm from Fozzy Farm

Two white cotton washcloths from Kilted Suds

A 4 ounce container of Butterbeer flavored fudge from the Nudge Shoppe (by the way, it truly was super orgasmically good!)

A bar of Butterbeer bar soap from Rude and Reckless–“Accessories with Attitudes!”

A custom-made wristband from Wrist-Band Resources

An exclusive bookmark and/or bookcard from Joyce Tremel (the bookmark is autographed by Ms. Tremel, herself, and there are two bookcards; one for A Room with a Brew and the other for Tangled Up in Brew (which is the second novel in the “Brewing Trouble Mystery” Series)

The last item, which I did not realize was actually from Murder She Sent is the mini flyer which reads: “November: The upcoming theme will be: “To Grow a Book.”  To say I AM intrigued is an understatement!

By the way, here is the official “unboxing” video for the October, 2017 Murder She Sent crate:

If you do avail yourself of a Murder She Sent subscription box service, do let them know you found about them from yours truly, Robert Alvarez, the Psychic Witch.
