Weekend Recap: Notions-N-Potions

As you may recall, this past Saturday, October 27, 2018, 12-6PM, I had the honor and pleasure of being one of several talented Readers at the Notions-N-Potions Psychic Fair at Chill Wine Bar.

It was truly a wonderful weekend.  I arrived in Cold Spring, New York, then had dinner at the Cold Spring Depot restaurant, then checked into the hotel at which I stay when in Cold Spring.

I had the honor and pleasure of being accompanied by my awesome audio-visual person for my YouTube videos, and we were able to discuss the videos we were going to record the following day.

Truly, these are the shortest videos I have ever recorded in all the years I have been actively using my YouTube Channel.  One was recorded at Chill Wine Bar prior to the start of the Notions-N-Potions Psychic Fair, and the other was located at The Pandorica Restaurant, after the conclusion of the Psychic Fair, and which I have begun referring to as the “Whovian Paradise of the Hudson Valley!”

After the Psychic Fair, and after dining at The Pandorica Restaurant, both my awesome audio-visual person and I had the honor and pleasure of staying at the home of the Beacon, New York resident who has not only availed herself of my Psychic Services for several years now, but also introduced me to both Beacon, as well as Notions-N-Potions.

Once we had arrived at my client’s apartment, we relaxed, and had some snacks and tea and watched a few episodes of Penny Dreadful on Netflix (truly, it is a shame that show was only on for three series, but I digress).

I slept beautifully on the inflatable mattresses, the second time in my life I had done so, and then woke up the following morning.  My client prepared a truly delicious and Divinely Uplifting continental breakfast that had a wonderful variety of foods and beverages.

Then, we drove to Beacon Falls, which although a man-made waterfall, it feels both Spiritually powerful and quite Magickal.

For the record, although Beacon Falls is a separate municipality than Beacon, this man-made waterfall is usually referred to as Beacon Falls.

From there, we went to the Barnes & Noble Booksellers store in Newburgh, New York, and from there, we had some time before the next Metro-North Hudson Line train from Beacon, so we went to Homespun Foods, and I had a cup of my beloved cappuccino with a shot of espresso.  Good Gods, these are so fricking good!!!

I can honestly say I AM overflowing with Goddess-Graced Gratitude for Sheryl, the Living Goddess who owns Notions-N-Potions, for the staff of Notions-N-Potions, for the owners and staff of Chill Wine Bar, as well as the owner and staff of The Pandorica Restaurant.

As well as all the clients who had Readings with me, and all the other Readers, my awesome audio-visual person for my YouTube videos, the client/student/friend who introduced me to both Beacon, New York, as well as Notions-N-Potions, all the people who spread the word about this Psychic Fair, both online and off, and everyone else who in some way–big or small–made this past weekend a truly enjoyable one for all of us.

I AM fond of saying that Gratitude must be a daily practice; or, at the very least, it MUST be a daily practice for me, if not a multi-daily one.

In the meantime, here is the accompanying YouTube video:

A new favorite image of one of my favorite places in Beacon, New York. And yes, I found it using Google Images.
