Ladies and gentlemen, blog followers and blog readers, I need to let you know something.

About twenty minutes ago, I learned that someone on my Facebook friend list had an animal companion die.  And I was going to express my condolences, but I became shocked when I saw that twenty-seven (twenty-eight) by the time I logged off had clicked “Like” regarding the announcement.

That is not Mindfulness, that is bullshit, utter bullshit.

I love being positive, I love empowering other people to do their best, be their best, have the best, but every time I see CRAP like this, I become very angry.

Every once in a while, I crack the following joke, “I had a stroke, not a lobotomy.”

I truly believe there is a mindlessness with regards to Facebook, and alas, other social media networks, but also alas, it is not limited to social media networks.

So, going back to my training and development, let me remember that I no longer have the luxury of being angry.  Then again, I used to be a very angry person, and my life was in constant suffering, as a result.

How can you be more Mindful?

First, pay attention to what you say, what you do, what you write.  If you live in the Northeast area of the United States of America, and you post that it is cold in December, that is not exactly a news bulletin that

Second, regarding what you are going to say, what you are going to do, what you are going to write, ask yourself the following:

1. Is it going to help me?

2. Is it going to help someone else?

If the answer to either question is “no,” then perhaps you need to say, do and/or write something else.

I also keep seeing Brighid, the Irish Goddess of Divine Healing, Divine Inspiration and Divine Prosperity in my Mind.  If you are open to doing so, call upon Her to guide your Mind, your words, your actions, etc.

One can also call upon Oya, the Afro-Caribbean Goddess of the Sacred Storms, the Cemetery, and the Winds of Change.  For many centuries, women (and men) have called upon Her to find the right words to say.

And, of course, Archangel Gabriel, the Divine Messenger and Divine Communicator of the Archangels.

Before I close, I wish to acknowledge my newest blog follower, “Felicity,” who is also following my other WordPress blog, “This Gay Man’s Life…”  I love it when people follow both of my blogs!  It makes me very happy!!  May you receive Divine Inspiration, Divine Healing and Divine Prosperity from following “This Is Who I AM.”

For those of you already following or reading “This Is Who I AM,” thank you for honoring who I AM and what I do.  May we continue to live in with complete Mindfulness, Divine Love, Divine Light and Divine Life.mindfulness

Good morning, and a Happy Thursday and Day of Jupiter (Planet of Expansion, Mysticism and Prosperity) to all of you!

NaNoWriMo is the acronym for National Novel Writing Month and NaBloPoMo is the acronym for National Blogging Posting Month (also known as National Blog Writing Month, or NaBloWriMo).

For many of my fellow writers, November is met with a flurry of hearts fluttering, papers flying and keyboard keys clattering.

My long-time clients know that, historically, September through December is the busiest time of the year for me.  And now that I have reconnected to my core of Infinite Prosperity Consciousness, I AM faring better, especially financially now than since the beginning of this year.

And, not surprisingly to the participants of my “Divine Prosperity Events,” as well as my private Prosperity Classes, I have already begun scheduling appointments in 2014.

Nonetheless, as a result of my very busy schedule this month and next month, I shall not be able to participate in either NaNoWriMo or NaBloPoMo, but wanted to say a Prayer on behalf of those of you who are.

Here we go…

I call upon all the Goddesses and Gods of Writing, Thought, Language, Literature.  Specifically, I call upon:

Saraswati, Hindu Goddess of Creativity and the Arts;

Athena, Greek Goddess of War, Wisdom, and Arts and Crafts;

Brighid, Irish Goddess of Divine Inspiration, Divine Healing and Divine Prosperity;

Tehuti/Thoth, Egyptian God of Moon Magick, Writing and the Intellect;

Mercurius, Roman God of Oral and Written Communication;

The Magnificent Muses;

Archangel Gabriel, Divine Messenger of the Archangels, Who has a special affinity with all kinds of artists (including writers)…

To All of You, and to the Other Goddesses and Gods of Creativity, Artistic Expression and Words, I ask that You assist all those participating in both National Novel Writing Month and National Blog Posting Month.  Guide their words, their hands, their Minds.

May what they create bring great Blessings to all those who read them, purchase them, publish them.  May what they write bring Prosperity and Peace, Love and Light, Wholeness and Healing to all those connected to them.

Cleanse and clear away from their complete Beings and their lives all negative, disempowering, poverty-inducing people, habits, thought patterns and situations.

Let them remember that they are Radiant Centers of Divine Energy.  Let them remember that their Divine Birthright, includes but is certainly not limited to: Divine Prosperity, Divine Protection, Divine Peace, Divine Love, Divine Light, Divine Self-Expression, Divine Inspiration and so much more.

Thank You, Goddesses, Gods and all Celestial Beings of Writing, Language, Creativity, the Arts, Inspiration and Self-Expression for listening to my Prayer, for helping them, and for Loving all of us.  And so must it be!

If you have been actively participating in either NaNoWriMo, NaBloPoMo (also known as NaBloWriMo), or both, since either Friday, November 1, 2013, or since today, Thursday, November 7, 2013, may what you write be even more wonderful than you.

Before I close, I wish to acknowledge my newest blog followers.  They are: “Jazzybeatchick” and “doncharisma.”  May both of you receive Bountiful Blessings of Divine Healing, Divine Inspiration and Divine Prosperity for following “This Is Who I AM.”

And for those of you already following and reading my blog, I wholeheartedly encourage you to continue surrendering and releasing all worn out conditions, worn out situations and worn out relationships, so that you can be even brighter, more radiant and more Bountifully Blessed than you ever thought possible.

Thank you for honoring who I AM and what I do.nanowrimo16a00d83420153053ef00e54f6a31e88833-640wi

Of all the Archangels, I spend the least amount of time with Archangel Michael, the Divine Protector of the Archangels.  However, this most Beloved Archangel makes sure to send me a lot of Re-Minders.  I now have two good friends, one named Michael and another named Mike.  And both of them are truly Angels to me.

Last night, I had a conversation with Michael, and there was something he said about a recent news item.  I recall saying to him, “You know, I might write a blog post about that,” but I have no recollection of what, exactly about what I was going to blog.

Which leads me to another Re-Minder: Writers need to always have a notepad at the ready.  Because, at any time, your Divine Guidance, your Inner Muse, your Outer Muse, could Inspire you (especially Divinely) and then, you do not write it down and then you forget it.

Hence my example, and my experience.

As I often tell the participants of my “Divine Prosperity Events,” “Learn from my mistakes, and make sure you refrain from making them yourselves.”

With that, for those of you that are writers, and those of you who are at all creative (music, dance, acting, etc.) and or wish to be more creative in your lives, please remember to keep a notepad with you (or, if you want to be more high-tech, whatever the 21st Century, electronic equivalent of a notepad is.  Oh, I guess that would be a tablet, huh?), so that when Inspiration (Divine or otherwise) strikes, you can record what came to you.

Interestingly enough (or, perhaps ironically), I rarely meet anyone named Rafael or Raphael, and yet, I spend the most amount of time with Archangel Raphael, the Divine Healer of the Archangels.

Also, I rarely meet anyone named Gabriel or Gabe.  Archangel Gabriel Is the Divine Communicator and Messenger of the Archangels, and the One Who has a special affinity with artists of all kinds, including writers.

I recall I had a client, who is a professional actress.  I often recommended that she call upon Archangel Gabriel for better auditions and paying gigs.  The last time I saw her, she had just completed a one-and-a-half year paid theatre run in a play, in NYC.

I AM happy to report that she no longer resists working with Archangel Gabriel and Lovingly calls upon Him to provide her with better auditions and paying acting gigs.

Before I close, I wish to acknowledge my newest blog follower: “Tanner Hawryluk.”  Who is a wonderful combination of brain and brawn.  In other words, SEXY!

May you be Divinely Blessed with Divine Joy, Divine Riches and Divine Success from following “This Is Who I AM.”

And for those of you already following and reading my blog, may you and we continue to be Divinely Prospered and Divinely Protected from all known and unknown enemies and falsehoods.

Thank you for honoring who I AM and what I do.notebooks

Sometime yesterday, Monday, February 25, 2013 (the date of the Full Moon in Virgo, Sign of Healing), I exceeded 5,000 views all time on my blog.

I promise, I shall refrain from sharing a “I wish I had prepared something” acceptance speech.  However, I do wish to take a few moments to acknowledge a few people who have been instrumental in encouraging me to do this, either directly or indirectly.

First, my the Goddesses Who Are an integral part of my Psi-Altar for Divine Inspiration.  They Are: Athena, the Greek Goddess of War and Wisdom, as well as Arts and Crafts; Brighid, the Irish Goddess of Divine Healing, Divine Inspiration and Divine Prosperity; and Sarasvati, the Hindu Goddess of Creativity, the Arts, and the One credited with creating and inventing the fifty characters of the Sanskrit Alphabet.

And, now more than ever, I wish to thank the Gods, the Fathers that Are a part of my Earthly Sojourn: Ausar/Osiris, the Egyptian God of the Afterlife and Resurrection; Tehuti/Thoth, the Egyptian God of Moon Magick, and the Divine Scribe credited with creating the Egyptian Hieroglyphs; Shango, the Afro-Caribbean God of Fire, Lightning and Thunder and One of the “Guererros” (Warriors, in Spanish) of the Orishas; Pan, the Greek God of Wild Fields and Wilder Lust.

In addition, I have developed a closer connection with Archangel Gabriel, the Divine Messenger of the Archangels.  He Is also the Divine Communicator, and helps all artists–writers, actors, dancers, musicians, etc.–to be more creative and certainly to Prosper in the Arts.

As for people, I wish to thank my personal Psychic Advisor, Roger Pratt ( for being amazing and for spoiling me for other professional Psychics, and for being such a wonderful friend that the mere sight of his name helps me stop worrying.

Of course, I wish to thank Michelle “The Enchanted Swan” Graham ( for spoiling me for participants.  She is one of a small number of participants that, when unable to participate in my Metaphysical Classes, it takes me a moment to get over it and adjust.  Yes, that is how FAB her Energy is.  She comes open and receptive to Ancient and Infinite Knowledge and Wisdom, as well as Divinely Radiant.  So, when she informs me she shall be unable to participate in one of my Classes, I think, “Aw, man!”  Then, I sulk and pout for a few minutes (or hours, if I AM by myself) and then by some Goddess-Graced Magickal Miracle, I get over it.

Of course, I wish to thank Holly Troy ( for being so receptive and honoring of my blog.  Her blog is badass, too, so take a visit or follow (even better!).  Of course, from the first time she and I met seven years ago this coming November, 2013, she has fully honored who I AM and what I do, and she has become more open and receptive to her Divine Destiny as a Star-Achieving Artist (thank you, SARK, for such a great expression!).

And, I wish to thank one of my closest friends, The Amazing Nicole Tomassini (  She is funny, talented, creative and truly a Living and Loving Goddess.  She is also one of the most talented and compassionate Metaphysical Teachers I have ever known and Re-Minded me that I truly can have and do anything.  Plus, the fact that she has the Soul of a tall, skinny black man has helped me ENORMOUSLY when I have allowed myself to talk to another person about romance.

There are other people I can thank, but I would like to complete and publish this post before I exceed 6,000 views all time on my blog.

I recall reading an article on the Internet about blogging (sorry, I do not recall the details, but when I do, I shall happily acknowledge it).  The article recommended that it is good for one to blog for at least one year, then decided if it is a good idea to continue the blog.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, given that I first launched this blog on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 (the date the Sun entered Aries–Sign of New Beginnings) and given that the Sun shall enter Aries on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, I AM crystal clear, then yes, I shall continue my blog (well, at least for another year).

Before I close and publish, I wish to acknowledge my newest blog follower, “lauriesnotes.”  May you and yours receive a Divine Abundance of Divine Blessings from following my blog.

And for all of you who already follow and read my blog, thank you so much for honoring who I AM and what I do.  Thank you for letting me bare my Soul to you, letting me be discouraged and disgusted, radiant and reflective, honoring and healing, Prosperous and Peaceful.

"Divine Inspiration" by Elizabeth Erazo Baez

“Divine Inspiration” by Elizabeth Erazo Baez

When I had full-time positions of employment, working traditional business hours, I loved Mondays.  I still do.  I always felt that Mondays were full of Energy, Promise and Life.  Of course, at the time I was a Catholic in name only and hardly a practicing Psychic, never mind Witch.

Now, I AM a professional Psychic and a Witch, but a Practitioner of Ancient Egyptian-oriented Witchcraft, as well as dedicated to Moon Magick.  And it is no coincidence that, in Magickal Traditions, Monday is the Day of the Moon.

When I began learning Western Astrology, I learned that the Sun is usually in Cancer from June 20 through July 22.  As a result, I was not at all surprised to learn that the Sun was in Cancer when Neil Armstrong landed on the Moon on July 20, 1969.  Incidentally, I went to one of my favorite Web sites,  July 20, 1969 was a Sunday, Day of the Sun; that is OK, because Neil Armstrong’s was born on August 5, making him a Leo, ruled by the Sun.

One of my favorite books is The Goddess’ Guide to Love, by Margie Lapanja (Copyright 1999, Conari Press, Berkeley, California).  And one of the my favorite sections of that book is the “Cosmic Color Vibrations.”  Based on said section, some of the best colors to wear or use on a Monday (Day of the Moon) is blue.  As a Sun-Sign Capricorn, I love and adore navy blue (a traditional Capricorn color).  However, I also love royal blue, and azure blue, too.  Wearing anything blue (either as an outer garment or an inner one) is most appropriate on a Monday.  Also, wearing blue Crystals or Gemstones such as Lapis Lazuli, Sapphire, et al, are ideal on a Monday.

Of course, if you want to work with a Lunar Deity, especially one of the Full Moon, you truly cannot go wrong with a Monday, especially at night.  This would include, but are certainly not limited to:

Auset (oh-SET, more commonly known as Isis), Egyptian Full Moon Goddess of Magick, Witchcraft and Psychic Powers;

Yemaya (yeh-mah-YAH), Yoruban/Nigerian/Afro-Caribbean Full Moon Goddess of the Ocean Waters, as well as Defender and Protectress of Women and Children;

Rhiannon (ree-A-nun), Welsh Goddess of Moon Magick;

Artemis (ARE-teh-miss), Greek Waxing Crescent Moon Warrior Goddess;

Luna (LOO-nuh), Roman Goddess of the Moon, in all Her Phases and Forms;

Hekate (heh-KAH-tay, but also heh-KAH-tay; also known as Hecate), Greek Goddess of Magick, Prophecy and the Crossroads; although a Triple Goddess (Maiden, Mother, Crone), I work most with Her Crone Aspect, thereby associating Her with the Waning Moon (from Full to New).  Indeed, in this Aspect, the three Nights before the New Moon (what I call the DarkMoon Tides) are especially appropriate for working with this Aspect of Hers;

Tehuti (teh-HOO-tee, more commonly known as Thoth [THOTH, like “toast”]), Egyptian Ibis-Headed God of the Moon and of Moon Magick;

Chandra (CHAHN-druh), Hindu God of the Moon;

Odin (OH-din), Norse/Scandinavian God of Knowledge and Wisdom (and, of course, the Runes) Who Is associated with the Moon; interestingly enough, Freyja–the Norse/Scandinavian Goddess of Love, Beauty, Sensual Pleasures, War, Death and Moon Magick–is Astrologically and Magickally linked to the Sun.

Of course, it would be a shame if I did not also mention Archangel Gabriel, the Divine Messenger of the Archangels.  Between all my writing, and all the people I have met, especially this year that are artists, actors, vocalists, etc., I have developed a deeper connection to Archangel Gabriel.  And I AM happy to report that I continue to do so.

Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for honoring who I AM and what I do.  Feel free to ask any questions about this blog post, and/or share any comments you may have about it, especially regarding your experience about Mondays.  In the meantime, I wish you and yours the Beauty of this Day.

As an Energy Healing Practitioner, I work quite closely and often with Archangel Raphael, the Divine Healer of the Archangels.  As a Psychic and as someone who empowers others to surrender and release anger and bitterness, I work a lot with Archangel Uriel, the Divine Psychic and Divine Psychologist of the Archangels.

Through connecting with my Spiritual Warrior Energy (not to mention being Afro-Cuban/Latino), I work very much with Archangel Michael (also known as Saint Michael or San Miguel), the Divine Protector of the Archangels.

However, because I AM participating in Holly Troy’s “Writing the Energetic Body–Shedding Inhibition Workshop” I have been spending a lot more time with Archangel Gabriel, the Divine Messenger of the Archangels.  As a result, I was Divinely Guided to write about this beautiful Archangel today.

Archangel Gabriel’s Name is Hebrew and means “God Is my Strength,” or “Strength of God.”  In the Sacred Tarot, He Is traditionally depicted on Trump XX, the Judgement Card, which is Astrologically linked to the Element of Fire.  Of course, some modern Tarot users also associate it with the Planet Pluto.

Gabriel Is an Archangel that is connected to everything to do with children, from their conception to raising them to providing for them in every way.  Archangel Gabriel not only informed Mother Mary that She was going to give Birth to Jesus the Christ, but also informed Mary’s cousin, Elizabeth, the she was going to give Birth to John the Baptist.

Gabriel Is Astrologically linked to the Moon and in Magickal Traditions, Monday is the Day of the Moon (SEE my post, “Powers of the Planets, Part II: The Moon”).  Archangel Gabriel Is one of the best Archangels to invoke for learning about or using Moon Magick, as well as for deepening one’s Energetic connection to the Moon, although the Moon does a great job Herself.  Also, in both Magick and Western Astrology, the Moon represents Dreams.  You can certainly work with Archangel Gabriel to understand your dreams, remember your dreams and more easily interpret their personal symbolism.

I AM sure that many of you have seen various dream books on the market.  Both personally and professionally, I have no issue with them.  However, I find that dreams are very personal and subjective, and one author’s interpretations may not mesh with yours.  For example, in Latin American culture, to dream of shoes means that someone in the family shall die.  Now, it just so happens that, years ago, I worked in two shoe stores.  If I dreamed of shoes, I would interpret that to mean that I want to buy a new pair of shoes.  Incidentally, no, I did not dream of shoes last night/this morning, but I did have the thought that it was time to both buy a new pair of shoes, as well as have a not-so-new pair mended.

Archangel Gabriel Is also one of the best Archangels to call upon when you want to become creative, be more creative, or if you are an artist of any kind.  Years ago, I remember conducting a Reading for a man named Michael.  He is a fine artist, and he was commissioned by a writer to illustrate the cover of one of his books with an image of the Archangel Gabriel.  The synchronicities were astounding!  Also, several years ago, an actor came to me for a Reading.  I distinctly remember telling her that calling upon Archangel Gabriel would not only help her get better auditions, but ones that could lead to paying gigs.  The last time I saw her, she had just completed a one-and-a-half year paying acting job in the theatre.

Archangel Gabriel can help you with your creative process, regardless of what kind of artist you are.  If you are an actor, singer, dancer, musician, writer, fine artist, fashion designer, craftsperson, graphic artist, chef, choreographer, etc.  And, if you want to be creative, or if you want to know yourself as creative, then you can certainly call upon this Archangel.  As I stated in my post from yesterday, “The Adventure Continues…” it was not until I began listening to the CD in Louise L. Hay’s book and CD set,I Can Do It!that I even considered the possibility that I AM creative.  And now, I know I have this Divine Abundance of Cosmic Creativity that I can access any time, all the time.  Like now, for instance.

One of my favorite ways to work with any Divine Being (especially Goddesses and Angels) is to write Him or Her a letter.  For example, let us say that you want to work with Archangel Gabriel to empower your writing, you could write a letter such as this one:

Dear Archangel Gabriel, please guide my Mind and my hands so that what I write brings Blessings, Healing and Prosperity to all who read it, as well as to my life, too.  Please help me connect with people who need to read what I write so that there can be Peace, Health and Plenty for all of us.  Thank You, Archangel Gabriel.

Another example is if you do not think of yourself as creative, but wish to tap into that Wellspring of juicy, Creative Energy.  You could write something like this:

Dear Archangel Gabriel, I AM open and receptive to knowing myself as creative.  I wish to discover my Creative Energy and my creative abilities and I ask that You help me with that.  I AM open to your Divine Guidance and Wisdom.  Thank You, Archangel Gabriel, for working with me.

And please, before you contact Archangel Gabriel or any other Celestial Being, clear your Mind and Heart.  Meditate, Pray, or simply take three deep, Life-Force breaths, inhaling and exhaling.  Forget about the rest of the world, and focus on your Inner World.

Although there are many books that one can use to learn more about Archangel Gabriel, I learned so much from the Divine Messenger of the Archangels from the following resources:

Archangels & Ascended Masters;

Messages from Your Angels;

Healing with the Angels;

Goddesses & Angels;

Healing with the Angels Oracle Cards;

Messages from Your Angels Oracle Cards;

Archangel Oracle Cards.

All of the aforementioned resources were either written or created by Doreen Virtue, Ph.D.

May Archangel Gabriel, the Divine Messenger of the Archangels, Divinely Guide your Mind, your voice, your hands and lead you to a new adventure of Cosmic Creativity.

Trump XX, Judgement, from the “Universal Waite Tarot.”
